Normal Systolic Blood Pressure is less than 120 (the top number)

Normal Diastolic Blood Pressure is less than 80 (the bottom number)

High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)

Systolic (top) number 130 or above

Diastolic (bottom) number above 80
